New Patient Registration

If you live within the catchment area of the practice you may register at the surgery as a patient. Please call at reception between 3pm – 4pm with your existing NHS medical card, if available, your passport/ID and proof of address and the receptionist will help you complete a registration form that enables the transfer of your UK medical records to the surgery.
