Repeat Prescriptions
Requests for repeat prescriptions can be put in the Shelley Crescent surgery letterbox, handed in at reception, or posted with a stamped addressed envelope enclosed.
Please make sure you tick the required medication on the white counterfoil, which is always attached to the original prescription. If you are unable to do this please make sure any handwritten requests are clear and that names are written in capital letters, otherwise the prescription cannot be processed.

A request will normally be ready for collection after 48 hours from your nominated pharmacy.
Note: We cannot accept requests for prescriptions by telephone.
Free Repeat Prescription Collection Service
Medico Pharmacy can arrange to collect your prescriptions from the surgery and dispense your medication for collection at the pharmacy.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
